Using Your Homepage
The homepage
the first page you see after logging on to Aspen is the first page you
see after logging on to Aspen. It
is the first page listed on the Pages
tab.
The homepage looks very similar to a blotter you might have on your desk. Depending on your user role and the preferences you set, it can contain:
- Student address changes made by another school (only available in the School view)
- Announcements
specific to your
- Favorites a widget that lets users create their own personal links to different schools and organizations in Aspen:
personal school and organization links
- Links to your favorite Aspen reports
- Student Search bar
- Information about a
student's recent activity
(such as
- Area to manage workflow tasks
- Class information: course details for teachers and personal attendance and averages in the class for students
- In the Health view, a list of today's scheduled appointments
